OVERVIEW
This website is operated by WOMP (Worldwide Organization for Maintaining PLUR). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WOMP. WOMP offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.
Any new features or tools added to the current store will also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version at any time on this page. WOMP reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Continued use of or access to the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks or adapted to meet technical requirements of devices or connections. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
Headings in this agreement are included for convenience and will not affect interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon exclusively for decision-making. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain historical information for reference purposes only. We reserve the right to modify site contents at any time, but have no obligation to update any information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Product prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right—but are not obligated—to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, or materials purchased will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limits may include orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account and purchase information for all transactions. This includes promptly updating your email, address, and payment details as needed for order fulfillment.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools we do not control or monitor.
You acknowledge that we provide access to these tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or liability.
Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Future features or tools added to the site will also be subject to these Terms.

Certain products or content available via our Service may include materials from third parties.
Links on this site may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and will not be liable for any damages arising from third-party transactions.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or materials (collectively “comments”), you agree that we may use them without restriction, including editing, publishing, or distributing them in any medium. We have no obligation to (1) keep comments confidential, (2) compensate you, or (3) respond.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party or contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material. You may not impersonate others or mislead us or third parties about the origin of your comments.

WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
1. Overview
The WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program (“Program”) is operated by WOMP (Worldwide Organization for Maintaining PLUR) (“WOMP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Rewards Terms (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, including any sub-programs, offers, or tiers such as:

VIP WUB-CLUB (points program),
-
Ground$core Gang / Ground$core Garden (punchcard milestone rewards), and
-
“PLUR It Forward” Posse (referral program).
Collectively, these are all part of the WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program.
By joining, participating in, or earning/using rewards through the Program, you agree to be bound by:

These Program Terms;

Our Terms of Service;
-
Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy; and
-
Any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment

The Program is open to individuals who are at least the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence.
-
A valid email address and customer account are required to participate.
-
There is a strict limit of one (1) Program account per individual under a given name and email combination.
-
Only one account is allowed per unique name and email. We may treat multiple accounts using substantially the same name, identity, or contact information as a single individual.
-
We will allow multiple accounts at the same physical address (for example, members of the same household), but each account must have all of the following:
-
A different name;
-
A different email address; and
-
A different primary payment method.

Businesses, organizations, or groups may participate only if explicitly approved in writing by WOMP.
By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to participate.
We may, in our sole discretion, refuse, suspend, or terminate any account or participation in the Program for any violation of these Program Terms, suspected abuse, or if we believe multiple accounts are being used by the same individual to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Program Structure – Three Ways to Earn
The WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program is one program with three earning components:

VIP WUB-CLUB (Points / WUBs)
-
You earn WUBs (points) on qualifying purchases and eligible actions.
-
WUBs can be redeemed in the VIP WUB-HUB for money off future orders, exclusive items, and other rewards.
-

Ground$core Gang / Ground$core Garden (Punchcard Milestones)
-
Each completed purchase counts as one punch toward your next Groundscore milestone in the Ground$core Garden.
-
Groundscores unlock milestone-based prizes such as free physical add-ons or power-ups.
-
-
“PLUR It Forward” Posse (Referrals)
-
You earn additional WUBs by referring new customers who meet all requirements (new account, email signup, and first completed checkout).
-
Qualified new customers get an enhanced welcome discount; you get WUBs and may receive occasional milestone surprises.
-
All three components together form the WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program.
4. Total Effective Rewards – Approximate 3.5% Back on Purchases
For typical customers who consistently make qualifying purchases and progress through the Ground$core Garden, the Program is currently designed so that:

VIP WUB-CLUB provides approximately 1.5% back in rewards value on qualifying purchases; and
-
Groundscore rewards (over the full progression of the Ground$core Garden) are intended to provide an approximate additional 2% back in value over time.
This results in a targeted combined effective value of around 3.5% back on qualifying purchases, excluding referral bonuses.
The 3.5% figure is an estimate only and is not guaranteed for any particular customer or period. Actual reward value will vary by order value, purchase frequency, discount usage, timing of Groundscores, reward choices, and how/when rewards are redeemed.
WOMP may change these underlying structures, percentages, and earning models at any time.
5. Earning WUBs (VIP WUB-CLUB)
You may earn WUBs when you:

Make qualifying purchases while logged into your WOMP rewards account; and/or
-
Complete other eligible actions described on the Rewards / FAQ page (for example, signing up for our email list or participating in promotions, when offered).
Unless we state otherwise in writing, WUBs:
-
Are currently earned at 15 WUBs per $1 of eligible order subtotal.
-
Are calculated on the order subtotal of eligible items only, excluding:
-
Taxes
-
Shipping costs
-
Tips
-
Discounts, promo codes, and gift card redemptions
-
-
Are credited to your account only after the order has successfully processed and is not cancelled.
If any item is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, we may deduct or reverse any associated WUBs that were previously awarded for that transaction.
We reserve the right to:
-
Change the earning rate (including the 15 WUBs per $1 rate);
-
Change which items or actions are eligible;
-
Impose minimum thresholds or caps on WUB earnings.
6. Ground$core Gang & Groundscores (Punchcard Milestones)
The Ground$core Gang is the punchcard-style portion of the Program:
-
Each completed qualifying purchase (meeting any minimum purchase conditions we may set) earns one punch toward your next Groundscore in the Ground$core Garden.
-
The Ground$core Garden is currently designed to include up to 100 purchases, with:
-
More frequent, lower-value prizes earlier in the journey; and
-
Less frequent, higher-value prizes later as you progress.
-
When you unlock a Groundscore, you will be offered at least:
-
One physical item that can be added as a free add-on to your next order, or
-
A power-up (for example, an account upgrade, bonus, or a perk you can bank for later use).
Additional details:

You will always be able to see:
-
How many purchases remain until your next Groundscore, and
-
At least one physical item option available at that next Groundscore tier.
-
-
You will not see beyond the next Groundscore tier, and the exact timing, frequency, and specific prize structure of future Groundscores is intentionally not fully disclosed to keep the experience fun, variable, and surprise-based.
-
Groundscores are earned only from your own purchases and are not related to referrals.
-
All physical Groundscore items are exclusive to the WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program and cannot be purchased directly in the store outside of the Program.
WOMP may adjust, at any time and in its sole discretion:
-
The number of purchases required per Groundscore;
-
The total number of Groundscores or tiers;
-
The types, frequency, and value of available rewards; or
-
Any other structural aspect of the Ground$core Garden.
7. Referral Program – “PLUR It Forward” Posse
The “PLUR It Forward” Posse is the referral component of the Program.
You may earn referral WUBs when:
-
You refer a new customer using your assigned referral method (such as a referral link, email invite, or other mechanism we provide);
-
That person:
-
Signs up for a rewards account,
-
Joins our email list, and
-
Completes their first qualifying checkout; and
-
-
The referred order is successfully processed and not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
Definition of “New Customer”
For purposes of the referral program, a “new customer” means someone who:
-
Has never previously created a WOMP account under their name and email;
-
Has no prior purchase history with WOMP under any account reasonably linked to their name, email, or shipping address; and
-
Is registering a new account with a new combination of name, email, and shipping address that we do not already have on file as a customer record.
The following does not qualify as a new customer:
-
Existing customers creating additional accounts for themselves;
-
Slight variations of an existing name or email (e.g., adding numbers, dots, or aliases) used to bypass restrictions;
-
Any scenario where, in our reasonable judgment, the “new customer” is effectively the same person or household attempting to gain additional rewards.
Referral Rewards
When all conditions are met for a valid new referral:
-
The referred customer receives a one-time 15% off welcome discount instead of the standard new-customer offer. This 15%:
-
Cannot be combined with other offers, promo codes, or sitewide sales unless we explicitly allow it;
-
Is valid only for the referred customer’s first qualifying order.
-

The referrer receives 3,000 WUBs deposited into their rewards account.
There is no set limit to the number of referrals you can make, provided your participation is legitimate and compliant with these Program Terms.
As members refer more people, WOMP may, at its discretion, provide additional milestone bonuses, “reward bumps,” or surprise gifts at undisclosed referral thresholds. These are not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
8. Rewards Value, Redemption & Limitations
8.1 No Cash Value
-
WUBs, Groundscores, prizes, discounts, and other Program benefits are not cash, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
-
Rewards cannot be bought, sold, traded, auctioned, or transferred between accounts, unless we explicitly permit it in writing.
8.2 Redemption – WUBs as Money Off at Checkout
WUBs may be redeemed for money off eligible orders at checkout, subject to the following current rules:

Conversion rate:
-
1,000 WUBs = $1 in rewards value.
-
-
Minimum redemption:
-
The minimum amount of WUBs you can redeem in a single transaction is 3,000 WUBs (equivalent to $3 in rewards).
-
-
Incremental redemption:
-
After the 3,000 WUB minimum is met, additional redemptions must be made in 1,000 WUB increments (i.e., in whole-dollar reward increments of $1).
-
-
Maximum per order:
-
You may redeem up to 15,000 WUBs (equivalent to $15) per eligible order, unless we state otherwise for a specific promotion or period.
-
-
Example (for illustration only):
-
If you have 8,500 WUBs, you could redeem 7,000 WUBs ($7) on your next order and keep 1,500 WUBs banked for later—or save up and use more WUBs on a future order, subject to the then-current caps and rules.
-
-
Visibility & selection:
-
You will be able to see your WUB balance and available redemption options in your WOMP B2B2B Rewards / VIP WUB-HUB dashboard, and, where available, at checkout.
-
During the checkout process on eligible orders, you may choose how many WUBs to apply (up to the per-order cap) from the options presented.
-
Additional conditions:
-
WUB redemptions can only be applied to eligible products and orders as determined by WOMP. Certain products, fees, taxes, or charges may be excluded from WUB application.
-
WUB redemptions are generally applied before taxes and certain fees where applicable, in accordance with our checkout logic and any applicable law.
-
Once WUBs are redeemed and applied to an order (or converted into a discount code, if applicable), that redemption cannot be reversed, re-issued, or refunded, even if:
-
You cancel or modify your order;
-
You return your order; or
-
You fail to complete use of a discount code before expiration.
-
We expressly reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to:
-
Change the conversion rate (for example, 1,000 WUBs = $1);
-
Change the minimum redemption amount;
-
Change the increments in which WUBs can be redeemed;
-
Change the maximum number of WUBs redeemable per order (including the 15,000 WUB cap);
-
Restrict or modify which orders, products, or customers are eligible for WUB redemption; and/or
-
Temporarily suspend or disable WUB redemptions for maintenance, fraud review, or other operational reasons.
8.3 Discount Codes, Sale Pricing & WUB Stacking
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotion, the following default rules apply:
(a) Discount Codes
-
Only one discount or promo code may be used per order.
-
Discount codes do not stack with one another.
-
This applies to all codes, including but not limited to:
-
Standard welcome codes (e.g., 10% off for new customers),
-
Referral codes (e.g., 15% off for referred customers), and
-
Any future promotional or limited-time codes.
-
(b) Sale Pricing vs Codes
-
Automatic or marked-down sale pricing (for example, “20% off this collection” or similar offers) generally does not stack with discount codes.
-
Where both a sale price and a discount code might apply, WOMP may, at its discretion, apply whichever single discount results in the greater price reduction or is otherwise consistent with the specific promotion.
-
In other words, “best single discount wins” between:
-
A sale price, or
-
A discount code—
but not both together, unless we clearly state otherwise.
-
(c) WUBs + Codes / Sales (Normal Conditions)
Subject to product and promotion-specific restrictions:
-
Customers can generally redeem WUBs on both full-price and standard sale-priced orders.
-
Customers may, by default:
-
Use WUBs and one (1) discount code in the same order, subject to the WUB redemption rules and per-order cap; and
-
Use WUBs on sale-priced items where a discount code is not also being applied to stack with that same sale.
-
-
Example scenarios under normal conditions:
-
A customer uses a 15% referral code on a full-price order → they can still apply up to 15,000 WUBs ($15) on that order, assuming it is otherwise eligible.
-
A customer buys a tee that is 20% off in a sale (automatic discount) with no additional discount code → they can still apply WUBs to that order, up to the per-order cap.
-
All combinations remain subject to:
-
The per-order WUB cap;
-
Item and order eligibility;
-
Any specific restrictions stated in the terms of a particular promotion or campaign.
WOMP reserves the right, at any time, to limit or exclude stacking in ways not listed above for specific offers or events where necessary to protect pricing and margins.
8.4 Big Promotional Events
For major promotional events (for example: Black Friday, high-discount sitewide sales, or other large-scale campaigns), WOMP may, at its sole discretion, do one or more of the following for the duration of that event:

Pause or disable WUB redemptions entirely for participating products or for all orders;
-
Temporarily reduce the WUB per-order redemption cap (for example, lowering the cap from $15 to $5 in WUB value);
-
Restrict the use of discount codes on top of substantial sale pricing;
-
Limit or prohibit WUB redemptions on certain high-discount items or collections.
These measures are intended to prevent extreme stacking such as combining deep sale pricing (e.g., 25–30% off), maximum WUB redemptions, and free shipping in a way that severely damages margins.
Where reasonably practicable, any special limitations or temporary changes for a major event will be communicated in the event’s promotional materials, fine print, or applicable terms.
9. Expiration, Inactivity & Adjustments
WOMP does not guarantee that WUBs, Groundscores, or other Program benefits will remain available indefinitely.
We reserve the right to:
-
Introduce expiration dates on WUBs, Groundscores, or other rewards;
-
Close or deactivate accounts after extended periods of inactivity;
-
Adjust reward balances to correct errors, fraud, or system issues.
If we implement significant changes (such as expiration rules or account inactivity policies), we will update these Program Terms. Your continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
We also reserve the right to correct any technical errors, miscalculations, or display issues in Program data or balances at any time.
10. Prohibited Conduct & Program Abuse
We do not tolerate abuse of the WOMP B2B2B Rewards Program. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts for the same individual;
-
Self-referrals or referrals using fake, duplicate, or disposable email addresses;
-
Using bots, scripts, automation, or exploit methods to generate WUBs, Groundscores, or referrals;
-
Misrepresenting your identity or your relationship to referred customers;
-
Attempting to treat the same individual as a “new customer” more than once;
-
Posting referral codes or links on coupon or code-sharing sites where we prohibit such postings;
-
Any activity that we, in our sole discretion, deem fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.
If we suspect or determine that abuse has occurred, we may, in our sole discretion:
-
Withhold, cancel, or adjust rewards;
-
Suspend or permanently terminate your participation in the Program;
-
Close or merge multiple accounts;
-
Revoke all past and current rewards; and/or
-
Take further action as permitted by law.
11. Program Changes, Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to:
-
Change how WUBs, Groundscores, or referral rewards are earned or redeemed;
-
Modify or discontinue specific perks, tiers, or features (including VIP WUB-CLUB, Ground$core Gang / Ground$core Garden, and “PLUR It Forward” Posse);
-
Adjust any underlying structures, including but not limited to the 3.5% / 1.5% / 2% reward design, WUB earning or redemption rates, Groundscore requirements, WUB caps, and referral benefits;
-
Temporarily suspend the Program for maintenance, technical issues, or other operational reasons;
-
Terminate the Program entirely.
If the Program is terminated, any unused or unredeemed rewards may expire immediately and will not be converted into cash or any other compensation, except where required by law.
We are not liable for any loss of value, opportunities, or benefits associated with such changes, suspensions, or terminations.

If there is any conflict between marketing statements, FAQ summaries, or promotional graphics and these Program Terms, these Program Terms control.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Program, including all rewards, communications, tools, and related services, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOMP and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;

Any loss of rewards, WUBs, Groundscores, discounts, or other Program benefits;

Any errors, delays, or failures in the operation or availability of the Program (including technical issues, outages, or data errors).
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Program Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which WOMP operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
