Return & Refund Policy

At WOMP (Worldwide Organization for Maintaining PLUR), every piece we produce is made-to-order — created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items due to sizing issues, personalization choices, or a change of heart.

We stand by the quality of every product we ship and handle each order with care. But if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it — fast and fair.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin production shortly after your order is placed, so if you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, modifications may not be possible — but we’ll always do what we can to assist.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in our craftsmanship and fulfillment process. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email support@wompheadquarters.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a few clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, your replacement will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because all WOMP apparel is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, design preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us — if something about your order isn’t right, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to fix the problem quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order shows as “delivered” but can’t be located, start by checking with neighbors, family members, and your local postal carrier. If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll help you work with the shipping carrier to explore possible solutions.
