How long until I receive my order?
Currently, we are a made-to-order business meaning we don't keep stock and take care in creating and packaging each order. Our current processing/production and shipping times are as follows:
- Processing/Production Times: 2-4 business days
- Economy Shipping Times: 4-8 business days
- Standard Shipping Times: 2-5 business days
- TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES: 5-10 business days (depending on chosen shipping option)
Do I have to pay for shipping?

For now, yes on orders under $80. As a small brand that prioritizes premium quality, we don’t pad our product prices to “hide” shipping—we keep prices honest and charge a simple flat shipping fee at checkout.
We do offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $80 (before taxes and after discounts). As we grow and our production and shipping costs come down, our goal is to lower—and eventually eliminate—shipping fees whenever we can.
Why do prices vary for some designs on similar product types? Ex. Hoodie "A" is $5 more than Hoodie "B".
More expensive designs, of an identical or similar product type, are simply reflecting a higher production cost due to:
- Larger print area coverage
- Higher number of print areas
- Different type of application process (DTF, DTG, Embroidery).
What if I need to make changes to an already placed order, like size or design?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team ASAP. We can assist with adjustments if your order has not yet been processed (most orders have already been processed after 24 hours). We typically process orders the next morning, leaving some time to make changes.

Where are your products made?
WOMP sources materials from around the world in order to give ourselves a wide variety to choose from, in terms of cost and quality, enabling us to transfer those benefits over to you. With that said, all of our products are designed, made, and assembled here in the USA.
Do you offer refunds?
At WOMP, a tremendous amount of thought, love, and care goes into everything we create and because of that, we believe so highly in the quality of our products. To maintain this level of quality, every piece is custom-made just for YOU - for these reasons we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless something is wrong with your order, so we ask that you be completely sure of what you want before you finalize it. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right, we aim for nothing less than 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! They are called "WOMP DOLLAS". You can type WOMP DOLLAS in the search bar or find them under WOMP Mission Supplies. They can also be acquired through out WOMP B2B Rewards program!
How often will you release new products and designs?
WOMP is very intentional with how we design every product and curate each drop. At this moment, we are made up of an extremely small design team - this facilitates uniformity, consistency, and quality control but limits us on speed of release. You can currently expect a new drop no later than every 3 months but as we grow our business and team we will shoot to release drops at a rate of 1 month or less.

Can I expect changes in policy or other areas, from WOMP in the future?
In our early stages, it is very important we are profitable so we can continue to grow and further realize our mission of spreading PLUR worldwide. With that said, a PREMIUM customer experience will always be our top priority at WOMP, so each year as we can put more money back into the business, you can expect changes in policy that further elevate that experience for YOU. Improvements with things like shipping costs, production times, returns, personalization, drop frequencies, promotions, our affiliate and B2B rewards programs, etc.
