At WOMP (Worldwide Organization for Maintaining PLUR), we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, affordably, and with care. Our shipping rates are competitive and transparent, designed to keep costs low without cutting corners on quality or reliability.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $75, and we plan to expand free shipping to more orders in the future as our community grows.


Production & Shipping Times

All WOMP apparel is made-to-order, meaning we don’t mass-produce or keep racks of pre-made inventory. Each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed to ensure premium quality and attention to detail.

Our current processing and delivery estimates are:

  • Processing / Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on your selected shipping method)

In rare cases where the longest production and shipping times overlap, delivery may take up to 12 business days — though this is uncommon.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide. WOMP partners with a global network of print and fulfillment providers to produce and ship from the location closest to you — minimizing both delivery times and environmental impact.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it?
Contact us at support@wompheadquarters.com, and we’ll help you locate it.


Shipping Delays & Issues

While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • High order volumes (especially during holidays)

  • Weather or carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing for international shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipment, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Your order should arrive safely and in perfect condition. If it’s damaged, lost, or stolen, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
WOMP isn’t responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to correct it before production begins.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the customer’s responsibility.
