For money off at checkout, WUBs work like this:

• 1,000 WUBs = $1 in rewards
  
• Minimum redemption: 3,000 WUBs ($3)
  
• After that, you can redeem in 1,000 WUB ($1) increments
  
• You can use up to 15,000 WUBs ($15) per order
  

Example: If you have 8,500 WUBs, you could redeem 7,000 WUBs ($7) on your next order and keep 1,500 WUBs banked for later - or save up and go bigger on a future order.

You’ll see your WUB balance and available redemption options in your WOMP B2B Rewards / VIP WUB-HUB dashboard, and you can choose how many WUBs to apply (up to the cap) whenever you’re checking out on eligible orders.

Groundscores are earned at specific purchase milestones. You’ll always know how many qualifying purchases you are away from your next groundscore, but the full Ground$core Garden layout stays a mystery - that’s what keeps it fun.

Early on, rewards are smaller but more frequent. As you progress, groundscores become more spaced out, but bigger and better!

Not exactly. Groundscores in the garden are meant to feel like groundscores in real life - surprise bonuses rather than items you browse.

You’ll always know when your NEXT groundscore is coming and have a small idea of what it could be. When you unlock it, you’ll be given a small set of choices for that tier. These might be a free add-on for your next order (physical item) or a POWER-UP of equal or higher value applied to your account. From purchase #1 you start earning groundscores; their value/quality level up as you move deeper into the Ground$core Garden.

That depends on your choice at the time of unlocking it:

• All physical groundscore goodies are applied as free add-ons to your next order by default.
• Some groundscores are POWER-UPs (like perks, boosts, or advantages). Those are applied to your account immediately or banked for future use, depending on the reward.

2. Create a B2B2B Rewards account and join the WOMP email list, so their account is tied to your referral.
   
3. Complete their first order using the referral discount from your link (no cancellations).
   

Once their first order is confirmed, the referral is marked as complete and your BONUS WUBs drop into your VIP WUB-HUB balance automatically.

Friends (or strangers) who join through your PLUR-it-Forward Posse link/QR get an upgraded one-time customer discount of 15% on their first order—stronger than the standard 10% welcome offer available on site.

No. To keep the system sustainable, referral discounts don’t stack with any other discounts - that includes sales, promotions, or coupon codes. Only one discount or coupon code can be applied per order.

If we do make a significant change, we’ll give you notice in advance whenever possible. Any WUBs, unlocked groundscores, or confirmed rewards you’ve already earned will remain in your account and never be revoked, except in obvious cases of fraud or abuse.
